什麼是抗原？

一般來說，抗原由蛋白質、肽和多醣組成。細菌或病毒的任何部分，如表面蛋白、外殼、莢膜、毒素和細胞壁，都可以作為抗原。

抗原在其表麵包含不同的位點，稱為表位或抗原決定簇。針對抗原產生的抗體通過抗原結合位點（互補位）識別特定表位並與之相互作用以觸發免疫反應。
